Policies & Procedures

At The Body Tek Wellness and Massage it is my intention to provide my clients with professional therapeutic massage services. I understand that unforeseen circumstances are unavoidable, therefore, the policies and procedures below are a guideline to prevent inconvenience and provide you the chance to reschedule. 

Arrival Time

All new clients must arrive at least 15 minutes prior to start time. This allows clients the time to complete all appropriate forms. 

Late Arrival

I understand that late arrival is unavoidable, however, clients must adhere to their selected appointment time and date. If the client is late they will receive the remainder of the time left in their time slot. 

For example, if your appointment time is 6:30 pm and you do not arrive until 7:20, you will be serviced for the remaining 30 minutes of your service. 

 

I ask for CLEAR COMMUNICATION if the client will be late. 15 minutes past start time with NO COMMUNICATION will result in CANCELLATION of service and the client will be CHARGED the FULL PRICE of service. 

Cancellation Policy

We ask that all clients give at least 24hrs notice to cancel or reschedule services. Failure to do so will result in FULL PAYMENT of service. Multiple occurrences will result in TERMINATION of future services.
